These are a case of 12 disposable insert pads for our BD250 as well as many other ALH's on the market. These pads are latex free utilizing 2 special foams which are bonded together. The outer pad is only slightly compressible allowing for maximum clamping pressure while the inner pad is a softer fully compressible material for gentle non abrasive skin contact. The pad is secured with the hook and loop fasteners.
