Available in various thicknesses and foam configurations, our pads can even incorporate integral Blue Diamond® Gel. The use of visco memory foam enhances patient safety and comfort, while the gel is securely placed beneath a durable medical-grade top covering, protecting it from accidental damage. Our replacement surgical table pads have a lifespan of 3 to 5 years, offering reliable performance in the operating room.

SheerCare Series (Level I)

A great starting point, our SheerCare Series surgical table pad features high-density base foam encased in a Fusion III® ultra-soft 4-way stretch covering. This series offers an economical alternative that doesn’t compromise on patient comfort and safety.

UltraCare Series (Level II)

Our UltraCare Series takes “Pressure Management” to the next level. These surgical table pads are crafted with high-density base memory foam, topped with a 1/2” layer of visco memory foam, and surrounded by a Fusion III® ultra-soft 4-way stretch covering. This combination ensures optimal comfort and support for patients.

Combo Series (Level III)

The Combo Series represents our most comprehensively designed pressure management surgical table pad system. Featuring a unique “tri-level” design, this pad combines a high-density supportive base foam with a 1/2” layer of soft, cradling visco memory foam. A layer of Blue Diamond® Gel is strategically placed beneath the Fusion III® ultra-soft 4-way stretch covering, providing maximum protection for pressure management.
