The same high quality materials as our traditional bean bag positioners with an added layer of Blue Diamond® Gel to help mitigate pressure related injuries. These positioners are great for longer duration cases. David Scott Company’s Gel Bean bags are sold by private labels all over the world but are proudly manufactured in the USA.
Blue Diamond® Gel is free of plasticizer, silicone, and latex. It is also antibacterial, antimicrobial, and provides pressure reducing attributes. Our surgical gel bean bag positioners are manufactured with a urethane bladder. This equates to added durability and longevity. Competitors like the Vac Pac® use PVC which can crack over time
All David Scott Company bean bags easily hook up to your facilities existing suction line and can be cleaned with standard OR cleaners. If no suction line is available, a hand pump is available but generally only recommended for smaller sizes.
These positioners are reusable, repairable if punctured, and easy to clean or disinfect and come with a 2 year manufacturers warranty.
