26″long x 6″ wide phenolic heavy duty surgical arm board attaches easily to any standard US side rail. It has a heavy duty gear assembly to prevent teeth breakage. It can be set to 21 different positions at 8.6 degree increments. The quick release mechanism allows for 180 degree rotation of this surgical arm board. The arm board can be ordered with or without foam pads. We have pads available in 2″,3″,4″, 5″ or 6″ different configurations of foam and gel pad for arm boards. To attach the Drop-Latch Style Armboard to the table side rail, simply lift the lock on the lower side, slide over the top of rail, release the lock and your armboard is mounted. There is a trigger on the outer end of the board to adjust position. To adjust position, simply squeeze the trigger and rotate into desired position, release the trigger and ensure the lever is secured. This allows for infinite positioning options and various configurations.
The Armboard is constructed of durable 3/8″ thick phenolic, similar to the surfaces of OR Tables. This ensures that the arm board is durable and remains rigid without any further support. Nurses will love positioning this arm board in a configuration that works for them

Our Combo Series is our most comprehensively designed pressure management table pad system. Our unique “tri-level” design is constructed of a high-density supportive base foam then topped with a ½” layer of doughy soft cradling Visco memory foam. A layer of Blue Diamond® Gel is placed just below the Fusion III® ultra soft 4-way stretch covering to ensure your patients the maximum protection available for pressure management.
