McGrory Foot Bolster for Knee Surgery Positioning

The McGrory Foot Bolster is a specialized knee surgery positioning device designed to allow fast, precise adjustment of knee flexion throughout a procedure. Its intuitive “gas pedal” style bolster enables surgeons and staff to easily reposition the foot as increased flexion is achieved during surgery, supporting efficient workflow and consistent positioning.

Anti-slide ridges on the bolster help maintain foot stability, while the underside of the pedal can be used to capture the great toe during maximum flexion and external rotation—particularly helpful during difficult exposures and revision procedures. The McGrory Foot Bolster is also useful for stabilizing the knee during robotic-assisted surgery. The system is available as a complete assembly or as individual components to suit specific procedural or replacement needs.
