The Nicholson Headrest Patient Positioner is designed to offer superior shoulder exposure during surgeries. It can be utilized with standard OR tables without the need for modifications. This positioner supports the patient and assists in positioning for all types of shoulder surgeries, including both arthroscopic and open procedures, specifically in the beach chair position.
The headrest allows for easy and swift adjustments, allowing medical staff to achieve the precise positioning required for optimal surgical access. Additionally, it includes an optional Velcro head strap for extra support, ensuring the patient’s head remains securely in place throughout the procedure. A gel strap can also be purchased as an add-on to provide even more patient support. The Nicholson Headrest Patient Positioner combines functionality and patient comfort, making it an essential tool for modern shoulder surgeries.
