NISSEN THIGH RETRACTOR
This very simple design mounts to any standard OR rail with a single clamp which is integrated into the product. It is used to prevent patient slipping during Steep Reverse Trendelenburg positioning. The Conductive 2″ wide straps wrap around the patients thighs. The straps are protected by an extra wide foam cushioned pad that is 20″ L x 5″ W x 1″ Thick. The airplane style buckle allows for precise adjustment to accommodate a wide range of standard size patients. A Bariatric version is available.(DSC-NTSB). Nissen Style restraint. Nissen strap.
Each leg is wrapped with a 1″ thick covered pad that incorporated dense memory foam to secure the patient regardless of the angle of the patient’s position on the table. The standard Nissen strap is 2″ wide x 48″ long accommodating most patients.
