TheReison foam arm board pad is designed to support the arms of a patient at different surgical procedures. Thus, this arm board is very easy to adjust to achieve any position and is maneuvered by just one hand. It is also very easy to apply to the operating table thanks to the “hook on” clamp with eccentric locking. This arm board is constructed of HEAVY DUTY stainless steel material and has no teeth to break as it rotates fluidly on a stainless steel ball. Easily rotated into different positions with the use of one hand. A quick release mechanism allows for easy rotation of this surgical arm board. This stainless steel arm board can be ordered with or without foam pads. Manufactured to the highest quality standards, thus virtually indestructible.
David Scott Company offers foam OR table pads and arm board pads to the medical and surgical industry for more than 45 years. All of our foam pads have covers with a soft 4-way stretch fusion fabric. Most of our foam OR positioners come in a variety of thicknesses and configurations that can include high density foam, memory foam, and Blue Diamond® Gel.
All of our arm boards and table pads have pressure reduction attributes. SheerCare series is an upgrade from your original pad. UltraCare series consist of high density foam and memory foam. Combo series is the same as our UltraCare series with the addition of a Blue Diamond® Gel layer just beneath the soft fusion cover.
Our arm board pads are constructed with waterfall edges, sealed perineal seams and included Velcro® kits. Many customers prefer the option of welded seems, Boston fire code and water proof seams. We guaranteed for one year against manufactures defects. Whether you are looking for a Skytron®, Berchtold®, Amsco®, Steris®, our production capabilities allow us to make any pad any size and any shape.

A great place to start! This pad is constructed of high density base foam surrounded by a Fusion III® ultra soft 4-way stretch covering. Our SheerGuard Series offers an economical alternative without compromising the comfort and safety of your patients.

UltraCare Series (Level II):
Our UltraCare Series table pad sets take “Pressure Management” to the next level. These pad sets are constructed with high density base memory foam, then topped with a ½” layer of Visco memory foam and surrounded by a Fusion III® ultra soft 4-way stretch covering.

Combo Series (Level III):
Our Combo Series is our most comprehensively designed pressure management table pad system. Our unique “tri-level” design is constructed of a high-density supportive base foam then topped with a ½” layer of doughy soft cradling Visco memory foam. A layer of Blue Diamond® Gel is placed just below the Fusion III® ultra soft 4-way stretch covering to ensure your patients the maximum protection available for pressure management.
