These pads are 26″L x 6″W , and designed to fit most of our armboards. Includes a Velcro kit with a piece of hook sewn to the pad and a matching piece of loop that can be stuck to your arm board. All of our replacement arm board pads are made to be equivalent or superior to the original manufacturer specifications. We offer numerous thicknesses as well as multiple foam configurations
David Scott Company has been offering foam OR table pads and arm board pads for the medical and surgical industry for over 45 years. All of our foam pads are covered with a soft 4-way stretch fusion fabric. Our foam OR positioners are customizable and come in a variety of thicknesses and configurations that can include high density foam, memory foam, and Blue Diamond® Gel.
Whether you are looking for a Skytron®, Berchtold®, Amsco®, Steris®, our production capabilities allow us to make any pad any size and any shape.
All of our arm boards and table pads have pressure reduction attributes. Our SheerCare series is an upgrade from your original pad, our UltraCare series consist of high density foam and memory foam, and our Combo series is the same as our UltraCare series with the addition of a Blue Diamond® Gel layer beneath the soft fusion cover. Our pads are constructed with waterfall edges, sealed perineal seams and included Velcro® kits.

SheerCare Series (Level I)
A great place to start! This pad is constructed of high density base foam surrounded by a Fusion III® ultra soft 4-way stretch covering. Our SheerGuard Series offers an economical alternative without compromising the comfort and safety of your patients.

UltraCare Series (Level II):
Our UltraCare Series table pad sets take “Pressure Management” to the next level. These pad sets are constructed with high density base memory foam, then topped with a ½” layer of Visco memory foam and surrounded by a Fusion III® ultra soft 4-way stretch covering.

Combo Series (Level III):
Our Combo Series is our most comprehensively designed pressure management table pad system. Our unique “tri-level” design is constructed of a high-density supportive base foam then topped with a ½” layer of doughy soft cradling Visco memory foam. A layer of Blue Diamond® Gel is placed just below the Fusion III® ultra soft 4-way stretch covering to ensure your patients the maximum protection available for pressure management.
