This gown meets FDA Level 3 protective gown guidance. This guideline is set out by the FDA for “Liquid barrier performance and classification of protective apparel and drapes intended for use in health care facilities”.
STILL SAFE AFTER 3 LAUNDERING CYCLES!
Gowns maintain their integrity and pass all level 3 requirements after 3 wash cycles giving the user 4 safe uses out of each unit.
Hand or machine wash with Warm water (105° ± 5°F). Line Dry. Reuse.
Mark off the tag on each device after the wash to track laundering.
Once all 3 Cycles have been achieved.
This Level 3 Isolation Gown is a Cleanable Isolation Gown, as well as a Reusable Isolation Gown gown that should be downgraded to a non-protective category of use and disposed of.

Gloves During the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency Public Health Emergency, dated March
2020. The material was tested at an accredited laboratory to ensure performance against specific Level 3 tests.
The MedGuard C-Defense gown is not intended for use in surgical procedures; it can be used in general clinical
settings where low to minimal barrier protection is required. These products are only recommended for use when
standard apparel is unavailable and only during the duration of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency/ the
FDA’s Enforcement Policy
