The SafetySure Super Slide combines the best features of a mobility sheet and a transfer slide in one convienent product. The mobility sheet has a plastic insert for added patient protection when transferring a patient from one surface to another. The mobility sheet is attached to the transfer sheet by two velcro strips. The transfer slide has a low friction inner surface that allows the caregive to easily move the patient. As an added benefit, the mobility sheet and transfer slide can be used separately if needed.
