Our Synthetic Sheepskin Bed Rail Pads are a plush, soft, high-pile pad that provides full rail protection without irritating sensitive skin. The easy to use design of the Synthetic Sheepskin Bed Rail Pads secure to the top of the rail with heavy duty snaps, and attach to the the bottom of rails with quick-ties. For total convenience and added patient safety, these pads raise and lower freely with the bed rails as they are adjusted. Completely launderable.
