Here are the steps to returning your purchase for a credit or refund.

  1. Meet the eligibility requirements for a return.
    • The product(s) in question must have been purchased within 30 days of requesting a return.
    • All product(s) must be in new and reusable condition.
    • All product(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
  2. Contact us directly to obtain an authorized RGA#
  3. Once the above criteria has been met, re-package the product(s) into their original shipping container(s) and ship to our address below.

Refunds are for the value of the product(s) being returned. Shipping will not be credited and the return shipping is at your expense. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the credit to be processed.

Restocking Fee
If your product was received as defective or was not as you ordered, please contact us immediately at 800-804-0333 or send us a message.

All other returns are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee for up to 15 days from the date the item was delivered.

**Custom products cannot be returned. This includes O.R Foam Table Pads, Foam Arm board Pads, Light Cloud Positioners, Disposable Products, Cart Covers, and Anti fatigue floor mats
