Returns
Here are the steps to returning your purchase for a credit or refund.
- Meet the eligibility requirements for a return.
- The product(s) in question must have been purchased within 30 days of requesting a return.
- All product(s) must be in new and reusable condition.
- All product(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
- Contact us directly to obtain an authorized RGA#
- Once the above criteria has been met, re-package the product(s) into their original shipping container(s) and ship to our address below.

Note:
Refunds are for the value of the product(s) being returned. Shipping will not be credited and the return shipping is at your expense. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the credit to be processed.
Restocking Fee
If your product was received as defective or was not as you ordered, please contact us immediately at 800-804-0333 or send us a message.
All other returns are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee for up to 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
* Products shipped over 30 days ago cannot be returned.
